A Journey of Healing and Connection

Singer-songwriter, yoga teacher, and breathwork practitioner Lena Younes has unveiled her highly anticipated debut album, "Ways of the Dreamer", a collection of nine songs that explore themes of healing, motherhood, and ancestral connection. Released in May 2025, the album is a testament to Younes's artistic journey, spanning six years of creation and collaboration.
The album's production is a unique story in itself. Working remotely with producer Sebastian Brice, Younes imbued the recordings with an intimate, personal touch, even recording vocals in her father's closet! This unconventional setting adds to the album's raw and authentic feel.
The album's lead single, "Presence," is a poignant tribute to Younes's late mother, reflecting on her connection to her ancestors and the enduring power of familial bonds. The folk-pop infused tracks, including "Pray," "Ways of the Dreamer," "Human," and "My Daughter," are deeply personal and emotionally resonant. Co-written with her father, these songs showcase a beautiful intergenerational collaboration, blending musical styles and life experiences.
"Ways of the Dreamer" is more than just an album; it's an invitation to connect with one's heritage, embrace healing, and celebrate the enduring strength of family.
